KM works closely with artists, curators and galleries to plan art exhibitions and installations from the conception stage .
From developing a simple hang, through to complicated interactive installation, the design process can facilitate the needs of both venue and exhibitor, providing clarity and eliminating potentially expensive guess work during installation.
Having liaised with the client, KM employs a range of design techniques: from preliminary sketched ideas though to walk-though 3D computer modeling, illustrating how proposed schemes and constructions will look within the space.
Along with the installation, any specification of display elements – eg finishes, graphics, lighting - can all be combined into a rational package for tender or funding proposals.
