Art Project Management Services:

Project management of specific artworks or installation pieces

As well as managing complete exhibitions, KM also coordinates the installation, or assembly of individual artworks, or installation pieces within bigger shows.

As individual pieces can require the same detailed level of planning as an entire art exhibition, KM can liaise with the artist or take installation instructions from an early stage creating scheduling and budgeting plans specific to that piece.
